Z-Fit! classes are currently in over 30 senior living communities in Orange County including several Sunrise Senior Living, Brookdale, and Silverado Memory Care locations, Azulon at Mesa Verde, Vintage Newport East & West, Rowntree Gardens, and Carmel Village.
The classes are usually 30 minutes but can be modified to suit any requirements.
We also provide Zumba Gold classes.
